Sahar Kianfar
Sahar advises on cross-border structured finance transactions and regulatory matters across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

She has extensive experience in a variety of SEC-registered, Rule 144A and Regulation S debt offerings across a number of industry sectors. Sahar has acted for originators, investment banks, and private equity firms on establishing, restructuring and updating transactions, including securitizations, covered bonds, collateralized loan obligations, and liability management exercises.

Her experience covers a broad range of asset classes, including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, auto loan receivables, credit card receivables, real estate finance, Islamic finance, and fintech platforms. Sahar also advises on the securitisation regulatory regimes in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
