Rivean Capital, a leading European private equity investor, on financing the acquisition of Belgian company Trustteam NV from Ardian, another PE firm. 

IK Partners, the international private equity firm, on the acquisition of Plastiflex, the market-leading global supplier of high-end customised tube system solutions for the healthcare, industrial and appliances markets. 

A world-leading multinational telecommunications company on its voluntary and conditional public takeover bid for all the shares of Telenet Group Holding NV that it does not already own or that are not held by Telenet.
