Romaric is Head of Public Law.

He has been ranked in band 1 for Chambers 2023 Public Law.

His expertise covers especially public contracts (PPP, concessions, public procurement), environmental law, notably climate and ESG issues, and regulatory in various sectors (e.g. media, energy, infra, telecom). 

Romaric advises his clients both on transactional matters and high-profile legal proceedings before administrative courts and tribunals, as well as before independent governmental agencies. His clients are either public entities or related or either private partners involved, banks, sponsors and lenders. 

Apart from his activity as a lawyer, Romaric has been a maître de conferences at French university Sciences Po Paris for more than 20 years. Romaric is regarded by all the main directories such as Chambers & Partners, Legal500, IFLR1000 and similar as a leading lawyer in the French market.
