Roman’s practice focuses primarily on general banking matters, in particular bank lending, advising international banks and financial institutions in cross border secured and unsecured lending deals.

Roman also has experience in debt and equity capital markets transactions, as well as securitisations.

Roman holds a Master of Science in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford and an LL.M. from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Roman gained more than two years of experience working in another leading law firm in Luxembourg.
