  • A syndicate of banks in connection with the EUR 2.3bn long-term refinancing of Finerge’s (one of the largest renewable energy production companies in Portugal) portfolio of 1.6 GW of existing onshore wind and solar operations in Portugal and Spain and the development of a portfolio of circa 560 MW of new renewable projects. 
  • The consortium of APG Asset Management and OMERS Infrastructure Management on the acquisition of Kenter, an energy infrastructure solutions business providing medium-voltage infrastructure. 
  • The banks on the GBP160m smart metering project in the UK. 
  • The funders on the Istrian Motorway Project in Croatia, including on the bond/bank refinancing and the subsequent bank refinancing. 
  • The banks on a GBP280m financing to Portsmouth Water for its Havant Thicket reservoir. 
  • Assisting Alpha Trains Group secure bullet tenors of up to 30 years as part of a EUR1.3bn refinancing.
