Robyn is a senior associate in Allen & Overy’s Advanced Delivery Legal team. From 1984 to 2020, Robyn specialised in the area of commercial litigation advising clients in government and the corporate sectors on a broad range of commercial issues and disputes including regulatory, contractual, corporate, equitable, tortious, mining and environmental disputes in addition to product liability, construction, trade practices, fraud, banking, insurance issues and class actions. Robyn has run large scale, complex litigation and has conducted numerous trials, appeals and hearings in the Federal and Supreme Courts of Australia, the Australian Competition Tribunal, in addition to Arbitrations and Mediations. Specialising in project managing large legal teams, she is currently a Litigation Lead with the ADL (Perth).
