  • Pamplona Capital and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan on the carve-out and disposal of the Air-serv Europe business to Caledonia Group plc.
  • Grosvenor Capital on its co-investment into Altano Energy.
  • Ruffer LLP on a comprehensive group restructuring.
  • Consilient Health on the disposal of a portfolio of assets to Gedeon Richter plc as part of a settlement of various ongoing disputes.
  • The lender consortium on the restructuring of the Interserve Group and spin-out of Tilbury Douglas.

  • Advising Eco Peace, a non-profit organization operating in Israel, Palestine and Jordan exploring the potential for a more integrated and sustainable management of water and renewable energy resources in the Middle East.
