Robert Hatton

Counsel

Robert has experience of a broad range of corporate finance transactions including private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, strategic investments, equity issues, private equity deals, refinancings and restructurings.
He has particular experience of managing major complex cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, as both in-house and external counsel.

Pro bono

  • Advising Eco Peace, a non-profit organization operating in Israel, Palestine and Jordan exploring the potential for a more integrated and sustainable management of water and renewable energy resources in the Middle East.
  • Advising UK charity Street Child on various corporate and governance matters.
