Rhea advises on a range of multi-jurisdictional leveraged finance transactions, acting for a range of financial sponsors together with their portfolio companies, as well as banks and financial institutions as lenders in private equity backed leveraged finance transactions.
Rhea has worked across a range of other departments, having spent time in the private equity, capital markets, infrastructure and project financing departments at A&O Shearman. Rhea has so far gained a variety of experience across the syndicated loan market, leveraged buyouts, portfolio company matters and refinancing.

Representative matters

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) on its financing in respect of the combination of Konecta and Comdata, which will be implemented through a newly created investment company, KronosNet.

Carlyle and PAI Partners on the financing aspects of their acquisition of Theramex, the leading global specialty pharmaceuticals company focused on women’s health.

Acting for Lendors supporting CVC’s acquisition of Sunday Natural.

Pro bono

Rhea has been involved in pro bono projects including free legal advice at the Battersea and Toynbee Legal Aid clinics.

She also works closely with Maternity Action to provide legal advice to women facing pregnancy related workplace discrimination.
