Reinier de Groot

Associate

Reinier is an associate within the Corporate and M&A department in Amsterdam. He advises clients on the full range of Corporate (M&A) transactions, with a focus on transactions involving public companies. After obtaining his LLM degree in Corporate law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Reinier joined Allen & Overy in 2020. He has also gained experience in the competition law department, where he primarily focused on merger control proceedings before the Dutch Competition Authority and the European Commission.
