Rebecca is a corporate lawyer based in the Perth office. Rebecca specialises in corporate law and M&A work in the energy and resources sector. Rebecca has experience advising on a broad range of commercial transactions including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, takeovers, shareholders agreements and joint venture agreements. Rebecca has been actively involved in all aspects of these various commercial transactions including conducting comprehensive due diligence programs and negotiating and drafting sale agreements. In 2019, Rebecca was shortlisted for the Mines & Money London – Rising Star in Mining award.
