Ray-Charles is in the International Capital Markets team, active in fund and asset management group, where he regularly advises managers and investors on transactional, advisory and regulatory matters covering the establishment and management of funds across a range of asset classes, including real estate, private equity, private credit, infrastructure as well as funds of funds and joint ventures, and is in the debt capital markets group, where he regularly advises financial institutions and corporations on transactional and regulatory debt issuance matters.
