Ravi has extensive experience across the telecoms and digital infrastructure ecosystem, advising on high value commercial arrangements including telecoms networks, co location, data centre and digital infrastructure projects, MVNO structures, regulatory matters, digital transformation initiatives, systems integration and large scale outsourcing. His practice also covers complex IP and data driven projects, emerging technology initiatives, including artificial intelligence, and strategic technology and commercial partnerships.

Known for his commercially focused and pragmatic approach, Ravi supports clients across the full lifecycle of their most critical technology and telecoms projects, from strategic structuring and negotiation through to implementation and long term operational arrangements.

In addition to standalone technology and telecoms mandates, he has significant experience advising on the technology, IP, data, transition and separation aspects of M&A transactions, including integrations, carve outs and transformational deals where technology is central to value creation.
