Ranya is an Australian law qualified lawyer with experience working on domestic and cross-border financing and commercial transactions, including leveraged financing transactions, project financing transactions relating to natural resources, mining, oil and gas and infrastructure projects, and general advisory work. 
She also has experience in litigation and international arbitration.

Fortescue on a USD700m 5.875% senior unsecured notes issue due 2030 and USD800m 6.125% senior unsecured notes issue due 2032, which was issued as a ‘green note’ the proceeds of which will be allocated to Eligible Projects under a sustainability financing framework. 

iSON Tower on PHP4.8 billion development financing from Asian Development Bank and Security Bank Corporation to deliver a network of mobile tower infrastructure in the Philippines. 

A global financial institution on the financing to Alceon Private Equity for its acquisition of BOSS Engineering.

Global Advanced Metals on the sale of the Tabba Tabba Lithium-Tantalum Project, for a consideration of shares, performance rights and royalties.

Financial Counselors’ Association of WA on reviewing and updating legal information papers which are used by financial counselors.

The Australian Water Safety on the Mekong Project on advice in relation to the legal liability of the management committee members and any necessary insurance.

The Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice on research and analysis of legal protections against workplace sexual harassment in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The Centre for Law and Policy Research on multi-jurisdictional research of guidelines and legislation affecting blood donor eligibility.
