Rana is a Saudi qualified attorney with a focus on corporate and commercial matters. Her expertise extends to providing legal support in corporate and finance project-related matters, as well as handling cases related to commercial, administrative, and technology and telecommunication law.
Before joining the firm, Rana worked at an associated international law firm where she expanded her experience in general corporate and Islamic finance, she also worked as legal counsel for one of Saudi Arabia's largest publicly listed companies, where she actively participated in regional and international transactions, offering counsel on securities regulations, shareholder relations, telecommunication regulations and agreements, corporate governance and compliance, as well as employment and corporate law matters.

  • A joint-stock company on the construction and financing of phase 1 construction villages.
  • Jeddah Courts project on the lenders side in relation to the financing of Jeddah courts.
  • Dubai Municipality on different contracts related to construction projects.
  • Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) on its financial transaction app  licensed by The Saudi Central Bank (Mobily Wallet).
  • Represented clients in legal disputes before the Saudi courts and judiciary committees (i.e. CST, Commercial, Administrative and Labour courts).
  • Aramco Digital in relation to its bid on the Specialized Radio Network License (450 MHz).
  • Several clients on different matters related to data protection, privacy, Artificial Intelligence, tech and cybersecurity regulations.
  • A public petroleum and natural gas company on various corporate and commercial matters.
