Ramone advises financial sponsors, private equity funds and portfolio companies on multi-jurisdictional finance transactions, specialising in leveraged and acquisition financings, refinancings, holdco financings, bolt-on financings, insurance company financings and general corporate financings.
He has experience in advising on a variety of instruments, including “cov-lite”, “cov-loose”, TLB, first lien/second lien, unitranche and ssRCF loans.
