Pit advises on the full spectrum of real estate matters and has been involved in some of Luxembourg’s most high‑profile real estate transactions. 

His practice spans domestic and cross‑border mandates, with experience structuring and executing complex acquisitions and disposals, including forward sale agreements and value‑add development projects.
 
Pit regularly advises institutional investors, asset managers, and project developers on sophisticated leasing strategies and development or construction projects, including large‑scale refurbishment programs. He also advises on zoning and urban planning law, including specific zoning plans (PAP).
 
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law & Corporate Restructurings and a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law from Paris II Panthéon – Assas.
 
He joined the firm in 2023.
