Piermaurizio Tafuni

Senior Associate

Piermaurizio has significant expertise in dispute resolution matters, particularly commercial contracts, corporate and insurance litigation, also with a cross-border nature.

He assists Italian and multinational companies in ordinary and arbitration proceedings, as well as precautionary proceedings. He also has experience in insolvency and construction disputes.

He serves as teaching assistant of civil procedure law at the State University of Milan.
