Piermaurizio has significant expertise in dispute resolution matters, particularly commercial contracts, corporate and insurance litigation, also with a cross-border nature.

He assists Italian and multinational companies in ordinary and arbitration proceedings, as well as precautionary proceedings. He also has experience in insolvency and construction disputes.

He serves as teaching assistant of civil procedure law at the State University of Milan and in April 2026 he was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Arbitrando, an association that applies and promotes arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution method.

For the second consecutive year, Piermaurizio has been recognized by Chambers & Partners as “Associate to watch” in Italy for Dispute Resolution.
