Philippe Gimbrere


Philippe advises on a wide range of intellectual property and commercial contracting related matters, with a focus on digital transformation and technology related projects.

He handles both litigation and transactional work involving AI, cloud computing, data sharing, hardware, patent disputes in the life sciences and tech sectors, SaaS, and technology driven corporate deals, such as M&A, complex joint ventures and cross-border IP-portfolio restructurings. Philippe also has a strong background in corporate law, having advised on various matters including sophisticated international M&A, major outsourcing transactions and first of its kind rights offerings on Euronext Amsterdam.

He understands the corporate perspective and the strategic, operational and regulatory challenges that clients face in digital transformation and technology related projects. He serves a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations and private equity funds, across various industries, such as life sciences, tech, media, telecoms, consumer goods and financial services.
