Peter Jedinak
Peter specialises in capital markets, derivative and banking and financial regulation.
He has extensive experience in representing various parties (including underwriters, dealers and issuers) on a broad range of capital markets deals, involving debt, equity and derivative instruments. Peter has also advised major financial institutions and corporations on the securities and capital markets regulations in the Slovak Republic and assisted in the preparation of their standard documentation for trading in derivatives and providing investment services. He also has experience advising on PPP projects, regulatory aspects of M&A and reorganisations of financial institutions.

  • Tatry mountain resorts as issuer in their 120,000,000 EUR rights offering, which was simultaneously conducted in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland. This was one of the largest and most complex ECM transaction in the CEE region over the past decade.
  • J&T IB and Capital Markets as arranger on EUR 100,000,000 5.50% subordinated notes due in 2027 issued by EUROVEA. Successful refinancing of 2017 subordinated bonds issued to develop Eurovea, a landmark real estate project in Bratislava city centre.
  • Slovenská sporiteľna as issuer on EUR 500,000,000 3.500% green covered notes due on 5 April 2028 issued under its EUR 5,000,000,000 Debt Securities Issuance Programme. The inaugural green covered bond benchmark issuance in Slovakia. A true milestone in the country's financial market, showing a vast interest in ESG investments.
  • Československá obchodná banka as issuer in connection with the issue of EUR 500,000,000 3,375ˇ% p.a. Covered Notes due 2029, under the EUR 5,000,000,000 Debt Securities Issuance Programme. The debut covered note issuance by ČSOB.
