Peter is global co-head of Private Equity and has extensive experience advising funds and asset managers on a range of transactions, including buyouts, exits, carve-outs, joint ventures, minority sales, consortium arrangements and co-investments.

Peter is also part of our capital solutions group with significant experiencing advising on preferred and structured equity investments and other hybrid transactions.
