Experience

Representative matters

  • An originator, on a GBP2.7bn public RMBS for the sale of a portfolio of performing and non-performing exposures in the UK.
  • An Arranger and Lead Manager on a EUR694m public RMBS of Spanish residential mortgages.
  • A football club originator on a EUR150m private warehouse securitisation of broadcasting rights in Portugal (previous firm experience).
