Paulina has experience acting for public and private companies, private equity firms and other investors in domestic and cross border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, divestitures, joint ventures and multi-jurisdictional reorganizations. Paulina also works with venture capital funds and emerging companies on fundraising, governance and investment activities and frequently provides general advice to companies on corporate, operational and governance matters.  

Paulina has completed a secondment to UBS Investment Bank, where she worked with the Global Banking/M&A legal team on M&A advisory mandates, the Bank’s strategic investments, and public and private fairness opinions.
