Paul advises on a wide range of regulatory issues in the financial sector, including in relation to, regulatory capital and liquidity, regulation affecting digital assets and fintechs bank governance, the protection of client assets, recovery and resolution, securities financing and derivatives regulation, environmental commodities and ESG regulation, consumer finance regulation, MiFID II, the UK ring-fencing regime, the UK senior managers regime, and the regulatory implications of Brexit, as well as more general legal issues arising in the financial services industry.

Advising with the Refugee Legal Service on post-Brexit entry clearance family reunion applications.

Pro bono secondment to a Greek NGO to provide legal assistance to asylum seekers.
