Panuwat Chaistaporn
Senior Associate
Panuwat is a banking and finance associate based in Bangkok.
His experience includes general banking and finance, project finance, as well as asset finance. He advises borrowers and lenders on banking and finance matters, including structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions, in addition to regulatory matters. Panuwat obtained an LL.B. degree (1st Class Honours) from Thammasat University and an M.Jur. degree from the University of Oxford. Prior to joining our Bangkok office, Panuwat was an associate at a U.K.-based international law firm in Bangkok.
