Oussama Chraibi

Associate

Oussama advises corporate clients and private equity sponsors on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and co-investments. He has experience in various sectors, such as technology, consumer goods and infrastructure.
Oussama joined A&O Shearman in 2022, after training at another international law firm. Oussama holds a postgraduate degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from the Foundation Grotius Academy, which he obtained in 2023.

Waterland Private Equity on the sale of Blue Phoenix Group, a provider of integrated sustainable solutions to the energy-from-waste sector for treatment and recycling of bottom ash, to InfraVia Capital Partners. 

European Payments Initiative (EPI) on their acquisition of the Dutch leading payment scheme Currence iDeal from ABN AMRO Bank N.V., ING Bank N.V. and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. 

The shareholders of Logex, a leading European healthcare analytics company, on the sale of a majority stake to Thoma Bravo. 

Mitsui & Co on its divestment to Beacon Rail Metro Finance of 100% of the shares in Mitsui Rail Capital Europe, which owns and leases a fleet of electric locomotives in Europe. 

InfraVia and Colored Finches on the sale of Alkion Terminals, a bulk liquid storage terminal operator in five major European economies, to Koole Terminals. 

Parcom Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Quoratio, a Netherlands based provider of secondment and consultancy services, from Foreman Capital. 

Riverside Europe Partners on the sale of the E. & A. Scheer Group, the largest global blender and vendor of rum, to Platinum Equity.
