A Spanish multinational financial services company, in relation to the provision of a commercial credit to the MoF Indonesia to partially finance the refurbishment of military vessels. 

CACIB in relation to an UKEF-covered Buyer Credit Facility for the financing of a commercial contract between the Ministry of Defence of Indonesia and Thales. 

A multinational financial institution in relation to an UKEF-covered Buyer Credit Facility to MoF Indonesia for the procurement of military equipment by the MoD of Indonesia from Thales. 

CACIB in relation to a Bpifrance-covered Buyer Credit Facility to the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia in relation to a commercial contract between the MoD of Indonesia and Thales. 

The arrangers, on the financing of a Bpifrance-covered Buyer Credit Facility for the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia in relation to a commercial contract for data centers. 

CACIB as arranger on the financing of a CESCE-covered Buyer Credit Facility for the MoF of Indonesia in relation to a commercial contract between the MoD of Indonesia and Airbus Military for the procurement of 2 two A400M aircraft.

CACIB in relation to the Bpifrance-covered Buyer Credit Facility for the financing of the commercial contract between the Ministry of Defence of Indonesia as Buyer and Nexter as Supplier. 

A French international banking group, in relation to ongoing LIBOR transition of its ECA-covered facilities provided to MoF Indonesia. 

China Development Bank, as lender, on the financing of the 2x200MW coal-fired power plant in Indonesia (PLTU Meulaboh / Nagan Raya 3&4). 

The mandated lead arrangers, on a proposed project financing to be provided for the construction of an industrial plant in Indonesia. The financing partly involved Chinese commercial lenders. Indonesia Eximbank, on a USD50m facility comprising of conventional loan and a Sharia facility to an Indonesian mining company. 

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, on its IDR12.85tn rights issue (with approximately IDR7.5tn state capital injection), conversion of the Republic of Indonesia's mandatory convertible bonds and non-preemptive share issue, as part of the airline's turnaround efforts after completing its court-supervised debt restructuring (PKPU). 

DBS and UOB, as lenders and MLABs, in relation to the secured IDR financing of a data center project of PT Princeton Digital Group Data Centers. The borrower is a investee of WB and expanding its offerings in Indonesia by actively acquiring land assets and existing data centers. 

CIMB Niaga and Bank Negara Indonesia. as mandated lead arrangers and lenders in relation to an IDR5.25 trillion facility with a IDR750 bn accordion for PT Lippo Karawaci. Lippo Karawaci is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange and is the largest listed property company in Indonesia by total assets and revenue.

Bank Mandiri, on an USD320m facility provided to PT ABM Investama Tbk for the purpose of acquiring a 30% stake in PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk from GMR Coal Resources Pte. Limited.
