Omar advises real estate investors and developers on all aspects of real estate acquisitions and divestments, as well as on construction matters. Omar also advises on the leasing of various types of real estate assets (logistics, residential, hospitality, etc.).

Omar joined the Casablanca office in September 2025, after practicing as a lawyer in an international law firm for three years, where he developed solid experience in real estate M&A.
