Odysseas has extensive experience in advising investment banks, corporate clients, and private equity sponsors on a wide array of international corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus on European high yield bond offerings, cross-border leveraged financings, infra-related private placements, and complex out-of-court restructurings, including liability management exercises.

Odysseas’ practise covers a wider span of industries, focusing on technology, healthcare & life sciences, retail & consumer products, chemicals and energy & infra projects. 
 
Odysseas has extensive experience advising Greek corporates and major banks in Greece, including on high yield and other debt transactions, equity capital markets transactions, and liability management exercises. 
 
Odysseas is a Fulbright scholar and recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ by IFLR 1000 (2025).
