  • Mallinckrodt plc on the international aspects of its merger with Endo, Inc. 
  • nVent Electric Plc on the $1.7 billion carve-out sale of its thermal management business to Brookfield. 
  • A petroleum and natural gas company on its proposed investment in a Malaysian petrol station business.
