Noah focuses on regulatory matters, assisting credit institutions, asset managers, payment and electronic money institutions, investment firms, FinTechs, crypto-asset service providers and other professionals of the financial sector.

His work covers banking regulation, investment services, payment services, FinTech and crypto-assets, AML/CFT, prudential and licensing requirements, governance, outsourcing and conduct of business rules.

Noah advises on technical regulatory queries, authorisation procedures and transactions involving regulated entities, including matters relating to CRD/CRR, PSD2/EMD2, MiCAR, DORA, AIFMD/UCITSD and MiFID II.
