Nimisha has worked on a wide range of structured finance transactions, debt capital market issues, securitisation and loan sale transactions, syndicate loans and advised on financial regulation.
She has particular experience on RMBS (stand-alone) and warehouse transactions in the UK and European markets and covered bond structures and non-convertible debenture issuances in the Indian market.

A UK telecommunications company on the sale of handset receivables to a banking company as part of a structured finance transaction.

Major banking group entities on acquisition of retail lending portfolio of an Indian non-banking financial company (previous firm experience).

Indian non-banking financial companies and microfinance institutions on pioneering covered bond structures in the Indian bond market (previous firm experience).
