Nils Najmann
Nils is a member of our German public law group and advises on a variety of regulatory matters, particularly across the energy and commodities, defense, and consumer and media sectors.
He advises corporates, investors, and public authorities on a broad range of regulatory topics, including foreign direct investment review procedures, planning and permitting procedures, and ongoing compliance with environmental, product, and foreign trade regulations. Nils also handles administrative and regulatory litigation, with a focus on politically-driven matters and freedom of information proceedings.

  • Advent International, L.P. on FDI aspects of its successful public tender offer for u-blox Holding AG, a leading provider of positioning and connectivity solutions.
