Niklas is specialized in national and international tax advice on questions of M&A and (re-)financing, especially in connection with the structuring of private equity investments, tax reorganizations, as well as real estate and fund investments. 
In addition, Niklas has experience in providing tax advice to alternative investment funds and their investors.

Ams-OSRAM AG on the EUR 1bn emission of high yield bonds.

A subsidiary of a global financial institution on the EUR 350m Term Loan B for Schoen Klinik SE as sole physical bookrunner.

Commerzbank AG on the EUR2 240m sustainability-linked syndicated loan for Vossloh.
