Nicolás specialises in mergers and acquisitions transactions, asset deals, corporate restructuring transactions and other corporate and commercial matters.
Nicolás has advised Spanish and foreign corporations and private equity funds and has been involved in corporate transactions, both domestic and international, related to several sectors, including renewable energy, technology and infrastructure projects and the financial services sector.

Banco Sabadell on the sale of its asset management company, Sabadell Asset Management, to Amundi.

A global investment organization EUR250m on the acquisition of a majority stake, a platform that offers graphic resources.

A global investment organization on the acquisition of a significant minority stake and the indirect acquisition, together with the current shareholders (AM FRESH Group) of the business of IFG.

Thales on the acquisition of the Maxive group, a European leader specializing in cyber consulting and managed services.

Abu Dhabi Ports Company PJSC on EUR660m the acquisition of Noatum, a global integrated logistics platform with a presence in 26 countries.

SPEAR Investments I B.V. on their merger with QEV technologies.

Gransolar on its sale to Trilantic.

Advising European Lawyers in Lesvos (ELIL) and Safe Passage International (SPI) and other NGO partners helping Ukrainian refugees on domestic legislation regarding immigrations matters.
