Nicolette has experience in project and real estate financing with a focus on datacenters.
Before joining the firm in 2022, she worked at Houthoff where she worked in the general banking practice. Nicolette studied law and (business) economics with a focus on corporate law and finance at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Representative matters

The Borrower on a EUR3.3bn sustainability linked (re)financing of its pan-EMEA data center portfolio. The transaction involved a senior multi-facility financing package provided by 20+ financial institutions.

The Commercial Lenders, EIB and ECA’s on 2022 amendment of the EUR2bn+ project financing of the Gemini offshore wind farm in the Netherlands. This transaction involved the amendment to a senior multi-tranche staple financing package provided by 25+ institutions globally.

Tamasuk and Al Alghanim on the EUR190m project financing of the Al Ansar Hospital in Madinah, KSA.

ING Bank and Rabobank on the EUR125m real estate development financing of The Ensemble.
