Nicole is a New York-qualified attorney with experience in corporate restructuring disputes and transactions, having represented international financial institutions, banks, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, shareholder groups, and noteholder groups in connection with contentious reorganizations in New York, Delaware, and beyond.
She has clerked for U.S. bankruptcy judges in Florida and the SDNY.
 
She has experience in cross-border disputes and restructurings, bankruptcy appellate litigation, managing expedited bankruptcy discovery processes, and conducting internal company investigations.
