Nicolas advises national and international entities on all aspects of patent law across a range of industries with a particularity in the fields of technology and telecommunications.
Nicolas assists clients in advance of litigation and represents clients in complex national and cross-border patent disputes, particularly in patent infringement and invalidity proceedings, including disputes regarding standard-essential patents (SEPs). Nicolas' expertise covers German and European patent law, advising clients in German national proceedings and before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
