  • CVC, a leading global private markets manager, on the financing in connection with the extension of its partnership with Multiversity through a CVC managed continuation fund.
  • Bridgepoint on its recommended GBP626 million public takeover offer for Alpha FMC, a specialist consultancy business quotes on AIM in the UK.
