Nicholas has worked across a broad range of international transactions and product types, including financings, restructurings, loan portfolio transfers, maintenance contracts and leasing transactions and has represented parties from across the spectrum of aviation finance including airlines, lessors, maintenance providers, servicers, banks, funds and other finance institutions.
