Nick is Global Co-Head of Debt Finance, with over 25 years' experience advising lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions.

Also leading our leveraged finance group, Nick advises banks and private credit funds on financing for private equity-backed acquisitions, with wide-ranging experience across the capital structure.  His practice extends to M&A financings for public companies, frequently advising on Takeover Code-regulated transactions and similar deals in other jurisdictions. Based in London, he has previously worked in the Paris and Milan offices.
