Neil advises on a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions including international M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.

Neil has particular experience advising financial institutions and has worked with a number of global banks and financial services companies. He also spent six months on secondment at Credit Suisse AG in London advising on a number of strategic matters.

Neil has also spent time on secondment to A&O Shearman’s Abu Dhabi office.
