Natalie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

A pension fund in its loan facility to an offshore joint-venture platform for the acquisition and investment in PRC real estate projects portfolio.

Syndicate lenders in connection with USD 1.2 billion senior term loan facility for a company incorporated in India to finance its acquisition of biosimilar assets.

A senior lender in connection with a USD term loan facility to a company listed at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the acquisition financing of majority stake of a PRC business and its refinancing.

Syndicate lenders in connection with a dual-currency sustainability linked term loan facility for a Chinese energy company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and guaranteed by a Bermuda company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

A joint venture formed by a Hong Kong leading property developer and a Middle East sovereign fund as borrower on syndicated loan financing and subsequent refinancing in respect of a portfolio of three hotels located in Hong Kong.
