She is a Relativity Master with 15 years’ eDiscovery experience spanning the eDiscovery lifecycle, from data scoping and collection through to production and trial presentation.
 
An Australian‑qualified lawyer, Natalie combines technical expertise with her legal background to deliver practical, defensible solutions with a strong focus on client service. She advises lawyers and clients globally on the effective management of electronic data in a range of matter types including in litigation, investigation, regulatory response, and arbitration cases. Natalie is particularly skilled at the strategic use of advanced legal technologies, including machine learning and generative AI. She leverages this skill to help our clients efficiently solve complex data‑related challenges and consistently achieve successful outcomes.
 
In addition to her client‑facing work, Natalie contributes to the continuous improvement of A&O Shearman’s global eDiscovery processes and standards, working closely with the global team as well as collaborating with other internal teams. Natalie was recognised for her contribution to the industry as a recipient of Relativity’s Stellar Woman of the Year award in 2023.
