Natalie leverages her extensive experience in financial regulatory work in guiding financial institution clients through intricate licensing applications, regulatory change projects, and complex disclosure requirements.
Her expertise spans a wide range of financial services regulatory regimes, including banking, securities, insurance, money lending, payments and virtual assets, and she regularly advises clients on licensing requirements, marketing restrictions, change in control requirements for licensed entities, shareholding disclosure requirements and other aspects of regulatory compliance.  

Notably, Natalie has served as lead regulatory counsel on high-value cross-border M&A transactions and large-scale implementation projects for major regulatory changes, including the 2022 SFC bookbuilding and 2025 market sounding regimes. She also acted as the go-to-advisor on day-to-day compliance matters for various global and Chinese banks, asset managers, securities firms, and fintech start-ups, and maintains an active role in industry lobbying and regulatory consultation. 

Natalie is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong. She is native in Cantonese and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
