Natalia advises on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Her practice has a strong focus on corporate transactions, where she regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions involving complex employment law issues, including employee carve-outs, TUPE, trade union and works council obligations, collective redundancies and senior management retention strategies. 

Natalia acts for a diverse client base, including private equity sponsors and multinational corporations across a variety of industries, with particular experience in financial institutions, energy, life sciences and healthcare, and consumer and retail.

Representative matters

  • Asahi Group Holdings on its acquisition from Diageo of Diageo Kenya Limited (DKL), through which it will indirectly acquire 65% of East African Breweries (EABL), and 53.68% of the shares in UDV (Kenya) Limited (UDVK). The transaction involved advising on complex employment aspects across multiple East African jurisdictions.
  • Global management consulting group, Sia, on its acquisition of U.S.-based strategy consulting firm Kaiser Associates.
  • A life sciences client on its carve-out acquisition of a multinational business with operations and employees across the globe. 
  • A private equity bidder on a competitive auction process for an energy infrastructure business.
