Natalia advises asset managers on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of Luxembourg private funds investing across a broad range of asset classes (with a specific focus on PE/VC) as well as of separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles and carried interest vehicles.

She is well versed in advising institutional investors (including development finance institutions, sovereign wealth funds and pension funds) on their investments in private funds.
 
Natalia is also regularly involved in cross-border fund financing transactions.
 
She is a member of the Young Private Equity Leaders committee of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA).
 
She holds a double LLM in European Law and Public International Law from Utrecht University, the Netherlands.
 
Natalia joined the firm in 2022, prior to which she worked for a leading international law firm in Luxembourg.
