Naoufal is a litigation and arbitration lawyer with extensive experience in representing clients before Moroccan courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as advising on arbitration proceedings under various rules and laws.

He has successfully handled cases involving civil, commercial and corporate litigation, including liquidation proceedings in Morocco.

Representative matters

FRMF in multiple cases brought before the Disciplinary Board and Appeal Board of the Confederation of African Football.

The Kingdom of Morocco in an ICSID claim, brought by Impresa Pizzarotti & C SpA, a major Italian construction company, concerning a project to build a motorway tunnel under the old town of Rabat. 

Société Marocaine des Tabacs (SMT), a subsidiary of Imperial Tobacco, regarding a dispute with Habanos SA, a Moroccan company, for the distribution of cigars under the brand name Habanos. 

Madaef in a dispute relating to a renowned touristic project in Tamouda Bay before the Commercial Court of Rabat.

Wilaya de Casablanca in the appeal brought by the former public service provider of bus transportation services before the administrative court of appeal of Rabat. The appeal was dismissed in favor of our client.
