Nadeen Haddadin


Nadeen advises international and regional banks and financial institutions on banking and finance transactions.
Her expertise covers syndicated lending, project finance, general lending and debt restructuring. She also provides guidance on civil law aspects of banking matters.
Nadeen has successfully represented clients in complex and high-value transactions across various sectors and jurisdictions, such as energy, infrastructure, real estate, healthcare and education. She has also advised clients on the impact of legal and regulatory reforms. Nadeen is committed to delivering practical and innovative solutions to her clients, drawing on her knowledge of the civil and common law systems and her understanding of the local and regional markets. She is fluent in Arabic and English.

A data centre operator and a leading telecom company on a secured multi-billion facility financing in the UAE.

A DIFC based commercial bank on a multi-million loan to a Saudi bank in KSA.

A European bank, London Branch on the LIBOR transition amendments and security package update for a wastewater project in Ajman.

A major food manufacturing and distributing company on the amendments to its existing murabaha facility in UAE and Kuwait.




Pro bono

Establishing an impact investment fund in Jordan, this included the incorporation, structure and setting up of the company from the ground up. The purpose of the company is to support the sustainability and growth of SMEs that are committed to diversity and inclusion.
