Mykola is a qualified lawyer in Ukraine and has completed law studies at top-ranked Ukrainian universities. Additionally, Mykola holds an LL.M. from Bucerius Law School with a specialization in Legal Tech.

Before joining A&O Shearman, Mykola worked for four years as an Associate at a top-ranked Ukrainian law firm, specializing in corporate law and M&A. Mykola has extensive experience in accompanying M&A transactions and consulting foreign clients, investors, and start-up projects on matters of corporate governance and corporate changes, company setups in various jurisdictions (including Germany and Ukraine), and the development and implementation of compliance programs. Mykola also has unique experience in the IT sector, supporting start-up projects from their inception. Additionally, Mykola has an extensive expertise in the contract law, including international sale-purchase agreements, supply and service agreements, shareholders agreements, and labor agreements with top management.
