Mubashshir’s practice focuses on corporate finance transactions and U.S. securities law matters, advising corporate and sovereign issuers, financial sponsors and investment banks in connection with equity and debt offerings, as well as liability management transactions, under Rule 144A, Regulation S and other private placement transactions.
Before joining the firm, he was a capital markets lawyer in India, representing large-cap companies, major investment banks, and national and international strategic investors in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. He has experience in sectors, including banking, finance, insurance, investment trusts, real estate and energy.

  • Brookfield on the EUR600 million high yield bond and loan refinancing of its portfolio company Modulaire.
  • The initial purchasers in connection with ASDA’s offering of EUR700 million 8.000% senior secured notes due 2031.
  • The initial purchasers in connection with Doc Pharma’s offering of EUR590 million 5.625% senior secured notes due 2032 and EUR400 million senior secured floating notes due 2032.
